Bullet Blender是一款新颖、快速、高通量、高稳定性的组织细胞破碎仪。使用专利的试管击打技术,转头以每分钟几千次的频率击打试管,使样品在试管内产生剧烈的振动,从而达到有效的混合。在样品中加入不同规格的高耐磨性研磨珠,可对细胞或组织样品进行彻底的破碎和均质,提取样品中的核酸、蛋白、亚细胞结构或其它有机成分。避免了手工研磨、机械匀浆、超声波处理等传统方法费时、费力、效率低、效果差、重现性差和易交叉污染等缺点。同时由于其创新的设计,也成为了世界上性价比最高的大通量组织细胞破碎仪。

 

 

 

 

 

Bullet Blender的特点:
 高通量样品处理能力,单次处理时间一般不超过3分钟,大大提高了实验室的工作效率;
 不同型号分别可容纳24个1.5/2mL离心管、12个5ml离心管(Blue 5型)或8个50mL离心管(50-DX型);
 不需要特殊样品管,推荐使用Eppendorf的1.5mL(可液氮预冻)、2mL微量离心管和5mL离心管,BD falcon的50mL离心管,大大降低使用成本;
 非接触式样品处理方式,整个过程中样品都保持密封,无交叉污染发生;
 24伏直流马达,产热量小,除转头外,无其它活动部件,使用寿命更长;
 具有强制风冷功能,降低仪器和样品的热累积,最大限度的避免核酸、蛋白质等生物活性物质因高温而降解;
 处理时间1到5分钟和3到15分钟(50ml型)可调,或直接按启动键可进行短时间处理;
 转头速度从低速漩涡混合到高速剧烈振动10档可选;
 紧凑的设计,20cm (直径)×19cm(高),只需电源即可在实验室任何一个地方使用;
 可放置于4℃到60℃的环境中运行;
 提供各种尺寸和材质的研磨珠,满足处理不同样品的需要;
 对于用户的特殊样品,提供具有针对性的实验方案;

 

 

针对不同的用户,Bullet Blender具有多个型号供选择,分别是:
 Bullet Blender(BBX24):适用1.5/2.0ml微量离心管,可同时处理24个样品,不带风冷功能;
 Bullet Blender Blue(BBX24B):适用1.5/2.0ml微量离心管,可同时处理24个样品,带风冷功能;
 Bullet Blender(BBX24W):适用1.5ml旋盖离心管(带密封圈),可同时处理24个样品,带风冷功能,适合处理生物危险类样品;
 Bullet Blender Blue 5(BBX5MB):适用5.0ml离心管,可同时处理12个样品,适用于中等强度的样品,带风冷功能;
 Bullet Blender 50-DX(BB50-DX):适用50ml离心管,可同时处理8个样品,适用于较易破碎的样品,带风冷功能;
 Field Blender(FBBX):适用1.5/2.0ml微量离心管,内置电池,方便在野外对样品进行处理,电池驱动,一次可处理6个样品;室内通电使用,和普通型号性能一样;
